kids here (locals & visitors) don't have a great place to go when the weather is poor. I think Town could use a nice big new playground, esp if the one now at Breck Elementary might go away if/when Breck El goes away. But having a fancy new playground that is used only during summer is challenging. An indoor year-round facility is what we need. This came up during Breck Rec Center community feedback. But it was not going to happen at the expense of the indoor tennis courts. Land and space certainly are the biggest issues.
